I just finished making a Father's Day card for my own dad, and I thought it turned out pretty cute. He doesn't need a lot of frilly stuff on a card, so I kept it pretty simple for him. I used the single stamp called On the Green (117139) which retires at the end of this month. This card features heat embossing AND embossing with the Big Shot die-cutting machine (113439).
Supplies
Stamp Sets: On the Green (117139), Calendar Alphabet & Numbers (111610) & Teeny Tiny Wishes (115370)
Card Stock: Whisper White (100730), Basic Black (121045), Garden Green (102584) & Daffodil Delight (119871)
Ink & Accessories: Basic Black Classic Ink (101179), VersaMark Pad (102283), Black Embossing Powder (109133), Square Lattice Embossing Folder (119976), Stampin' Dimensionals (104430) & Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755)
Tools: Heat Tool (100005) & Corner Rounder Punch (119871)
I hope you enjoy this project (and I hope my Dad doesn't read this blog!) If you have any questions about step-by-step instructions or measurements then send me an email or leave a comment.
